ALERT: Chapter 5 of Fleet Action Upcoming

As the ships wind down on their individual parts of the Fleet Action, we are coming to the point where we will begin a new chapter for the final Phase 3 of the operation. Therefore, I'd like all the ships to be in the previously described position and ready to go when this happens. Therefore, when you are done writing, each Captain should send me a PM to let me know. I'd like to tentatively star the next chapter, which will be a common post similar to the pre-Operation ones, on October 22nd, so please shoot for that date if possible.
