For demonstrating true integrity and diplomatic ingenuity by saving an Undine ship from the grasp of an Azimuth Horizon rift, thus resulting in the operation receiving the assistance of the Undine during the final minutes of the Operation.

confronting and thwarting directly the AI of the Nemesis and suffering serious injuries in order to save two ships and crews, refugees from a prisoner camp and two fellow Starfleet officers trapped with him. Also for risking ship and crew to help save another vessel from catastrophic navigational failure.

For direct personal involvement in retrieving and saving the life of his commanding officer and all around excellence in command, staying true to Starfleet spirit and the sense of Duty and Honor expected of a Starfleet officer in a difficult and life-threatening situation (USS Horizon S3 E2: Hawks & Doves)

For taking personal risks to ensure the safety and retrieval of the marooned officers, civilians and aliens on Eden IV during Operation Brave New World and showing commendable restraint and decisiveness while in command of the USS Polaris during a Draxx attack.

For meritorious conduct as first time chief of tactical and security of the lotus Fleet flagship during Operation Brave New World, notably facing in turn a Romulan incident, a civilian insurrection, the Zetarian threat and the Draxx incident with exemplary discipline and professionalism

for singular leadership in taking out a Klingon outpost with minimal resources and few personnel, all outside of security department and under difficult conditions while cut off from any and all support, all the while upholding Starfleet orders and Federation values regarding the importance to avoid loss of sentient life.
