| Service Record | 2279; First assignment: USS Halcyon NCC 9010, Pain Class frigate : Security. 2284; USS Ajax II NCC 2010, Excelsior class battleship : Security. In 2288 became chief of security, Start of his second tour of duty. 2288; Effected by temporal event. 2293; Promoted to First officer of the Ajax II, Start of his 3ed tour of duty. 2296; Given command of the USS Taurus NCC 2512, constellation class heavy cruiser. 2311; The Taurus is critically damaged in combat, Redding pronounced dead at age 57. Three days later Redding returns with no memory of events past 2288. 2317; Redding is given command of an experimental long range recovery ship the USS Response. 2325; After an extremely successful 8 year tour, the Response vanishes on it's return trip back to Earth. Redding reappears 3 days later, again with no memory of events since 2288. All hands are presumed lost. 2325 - 2332; Redding returns to his house in Klingon space, takes on border patrol in the Klingon Bird of Pray "Black Hart" (He re-named it) and engaged the Romulins in skirmishes. 2332; Returns to Federation space to attend to his brothers funeral, soon after returns to Star Fleet.
