Operation Horizon is go!

By request of the RP administrator who is currently swamped in Real Life obligations, I am posting this message to all:

"Our 4th chapter will begin as of today. It will begin with the Alsea and the Artemis called out first to their assigned sector. This will allow all the other ships to continue and finish their meeting scenes in chapter 3. Once you have wrapped up your final preparations, you may each start your own journey in chapter 4 towards the theater of operations and begin your own mission. All captains, please contact your players to have them active again as we start this new chapter of our fleet wide saga."

The adventure is just beginning!
