Description
Please describe what happened in as much detail as you can. What did you click on / type in? Was any information that you typed in lost? Were you sent to an error page or was there no specific error related to it?
  • After submiting report, I noticed an error and returned to form via the "Edit" function. Once corrected, form was re-submitted and the result was as displayed:

    - BBCode's were all visible after editing.

    This error occurred once before, but at that time I thought it was my error.

  • When you press begin on the course page it takes you to an error page, i.e. I am unable to access the material to prepare for the exam.

  • The character edit function via "my bio" isn't functioning

  • Two Star Trek Timelines members attempted to register with our forums. They received a 404 error.

  • "I was trying to register at the lotus website, but I get a 404 once i hit the register button, so I can't join."
